FSM Remote Maintenance

As part of our Support package, we are now offering a remote maintenance service which will make it possible for us to help you directly with lots of different questions and problems.

Using encrypted remote administration (Teamviewer QuickJoin) our colleagues will be able to intervene to support the workstations you have temporarily released.

For this purpose would you please download the Teamviewer version prepared for communication with the FSM Service department, and install it on the workstation concerned.

By agreement, the relevant service session will then be run jointly with the service employee after the Meeting ID displayed has been transmitted.
